With more than 1500 artisans already engaged and over 4000 craftspersons in the region, our journey is about collective growth—where the hands that weave also own the company they build. By focusing on skill development, sustainable practices, and market expansion, we are creating an ecosystem where heritage thrives and artisans prosper.
About the Craft
Zari Zardozi is an intricate form of hand embroidery that uses metallic threads (zari), beads, sequins, and other decorative materials to create ornate designs on fabric.

With 700+ artisans and 60% representation from craft workers on our board, we ensure that decision-making remains in the hands of those who create.
